The result is clear, natural vocals, a very clean background and open, controlled treble. On top of that comes Juzear’s ATI SW spiral acoustic waveguide technology.Seven driver hybrid setup For well rounded sonic quality, Juzear uses three driver types in the Light Shuttle. Each side houses 1 dynamic driver, 4 balanced armature drivers and 2 micro planar drivers. The set uses a self developed 10 mm MACCD dynamic driver, four custom BA drivers and two micro planar drivers. Through advanced crossover design, Juzear achieves a cohesive sound.Precise 4 way crossover with independent tubes To manage the extensive driver array cleanly, the Light Shuttle uses a carefully engineered physical four way crossover. It assigns the frequency regions of sub bass, mids, highs and upper treble to the drivers best suited to reproduce them. Four independent acoustic tubes also reduce internal frequency overlap considerably, which improves instrument separation, spatial positioning and coherence across the range. The dynamic driver delivers a robust bass response, one pair of BA drivers handles a clean midrange, another pair of BA drivers provides clarity in the highs, and the two micro planar drivers retrieve the finest details and extend the ultra high frequency band.ATI SW spiral acoustic waveguide With the ATI SW spiral acoustic waveguide, JUZEAR takes internal acoustic management to the next level. The technology uses a tuned spiral path and advanced acoustic damping to control how the midrange propagates. Unwanted internal reflections and resonance are minimized, so vocals stay stable and natural against a very quiet, dark background.Premium build and attractive design The Light Shuttle is as much a visual statement as a sonic one. The face panels are carved from solid aluminum alloy with five axis CNC machining and pick up the look of flowing light and speed. JUZEAR then applies a layered iridescent art process, which gives a finish where colors and highlights shift depending on ambient light and viewing angle. The metal faceplate is paired with a high precision DLP 3D printed resin shell. Inside sits a five driver hybrid configuration (1DD + 3BA + 1Planar) tuned for an immersive, spatial sound. The specialized MACCD driver, the customized balanced armatures and the unique micro planar driver combine into a balanced, transparent presentation with deep, controlled bass and very rich vocals. The Nebula offers a solid sound response with a spatial 3D soundstage and high information density.A beautiful collaboration The Juzear Nebula was co-developed with KOTO, a familiar name in the Japanese audiophile scene. It is an evolution of the highly regarded Defiant IEMs, with an upgraded driver configuration and a new tuning. The Nebula offers a natural tone with a wide 3D soundstage and puts emphasis on fine detail across a wide frequency range. Compared to the Defiant, the added planar driver brings more spaciousness, better layering, more musicality and finer treble.Cosmic aesthetics The Nebula draws its inspiration from cosmic nebulae, and the design of the face covers reflects that. The Phantom Color pattern is made with a combination of laser based layers, micro jet printing and Nebula color refraction. The result is a pattern that glows like a nebula from different light angles.
