The ZiiGaat Arcanis is an in-ear monitor with 2DD+5BA hybrid configuration designed for a highly accurate and balanced sound signature and professional technical performance.
Two isobaric subwoofers
The Arcanis features two 10 mm dynamic drivers that deliver true subwoofer-like bass. The two drivers are arranged in an isobaric configuration to maximize power and efficiency while reducing distortion. With a powerful 9 dB output level at 20 Hz, the 2DD system delivers excellent sub-bass and texture in the low frequencies while remaining clean and focused.
5 Balanced Armature Drivers
The midrange and treble of the Arcanis is powered by 5 genuine, USA-made Knowles Balanced Armature drivers. Two Knowles 32873 drivers are arranged to provide focused low-mid integration between the dynamic drivers and the rest of the frequency spectrum. Two full-range Knowles 29689 drivers power the mid-high range, while a single Knowles 33518 high-efficiency tweeter provides crystal-clear detail in the upper treble. By using multiple balanced armature drivers that target specific frequency ranges, the Arcanis is able to increase performance at lower distortion thresholds, improving audio resolution.
Precision tuning for audiophiles
The Arcanis has been equipped with a passive 4-way crossover to tune each group of drivers to their respective frequencies. The result is a professional sound balance with an independent subwoofer that cuts cleanly at 250 Hz, a completely flat midrange free of any bloat or coloration, and an exceptionally natural curvature to the treble. The Arcanis is perfect for professional musicians and sound engineers as well as audiophiles who want extremely precise audio reproduction.
Handcrafted quality
Each Arcanis unit is made from 3D printed medical grade resin. The faceplates are individually hand-painted and paired before assembly. Each device is hand assembled, paired and goes through an individual QC process to check the sound, finish and packaging.
