Thanks to his extensive experience with IEMs and headphones, HBB was able to provide valuable insight into the tuning and design of the ZiiGaat x HBB Arcadia.

The Arcadia is a hybrid IEM with one dynamic driver and two balanced armature drivers equipped with American Knowles ED 29689 and RAD 33518. The 29689 delivers natural, reference-worthy mids with excellent clarity for vocals and instruments, while the RAD 33518 provides excellent micro-detail and shimmer in the high frequencies.
Topology 10mm dynamic driver
The Arcadia features a custom 10mm dynamic driver with ZiiGaat's Topology diaphragm, engineered with nanoparticle layers that create distinct topographical patterns on the surface for superior sound dispersion. This technology improves the speed, power and impact of the bass and ensures a powerful and refined sound experience.
Perfect tonal balance
The Arcadia is tuned to a reference class sound signature, with a boosted 8dB sub-bass that cuts cleanly at 200Hz, transitioning into a flat, natural midrange. This makes it ideal for studio monitoring and provides an uncoloured sound. The high frequency range is characterised by a natural arch in the mids and a smooth, slowly decaying high frequency range that mimics the human ear, while the Knowles ultra tweeters extend the upper high frequency range, creating an airy and very defined sound.
