Ucotech's RE-1 Pro is small in size but big on build quality.
The cabinets are made from 5-axis CNC machined brass with a black design and gold finishes for a premium fit and finish. Under the bonnet is a 10mm carbon nanotube driver known for its fast and full sound, usually found in mid-range IEMs.
They can be easily driven from any source. It's also important to note that as with other universal IEMs, the experience is best with properly fitted eartips with a solid seal, and especially in this case (we used SpinFit W1s).
The Ucotech RE-1 Pro really offers great sound and remarkable performance at an extremely affordable price.
It shows good sound and presentation, great separation and timbre, and a wider soundstage than you would expect.

Ucotech has been around since 2007 and they are known for their fantastic earphones, made with passion in Korea. They are known for their quality products, especially masterfully tuned earphones that are solidly built and have a well thought out design. Build and sound The RE-1 Pro is reference-quality, rich in detail and with a powerful bass. It has a natural timbre and physical impact that you would expect from a Single Dynamic IEM.
THE IEM itself has a brass body with a solid and surprisingly weighty feel for its size. With the included attachments, there are no problems with a tight fit and a good seal. The cable is silver-plated copper and has a 3.5mm connector, and the package includes a cloth hard case. From the sound to the build quality to the included accessories, the RE-1 Pro is impressive and can keep up with far more expensive IEMs, even at the entry level.
