With the T5, the manufacturer has now combined the expertise gained with the feedback given over time. The resulting in-ear monitor is called the "T5". The latest driver technology made of carbon fibre meets a new structural design here.

In recent years, DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) dynamic drivers have been very popular due to their fast responsiveness achieved through their carbon material. Building on this, TinHiFi has developed the next innovation in dynamic driver technology. The new 10mm DOC driver features an improved molecular carbon atom structure and composition. The new structural design allows the DOC sound diaphragm to be thinner, but at the same time 60% stronger and stiffer than traditional DLC sound diaphragms. In addition, due to the closer proximity of the carbon atoms to each other, the DOC driver is a full five times harder than typical ceramic sound membranes.

The physical properties of a DOC diamond diaphragm do not change even after many years of use. This has a great effect on the heat dissipation of the coil core. Additional advantages of this membrane are:

1. the DOC diamond diaphragm unit makes it possible to achieve a complete linear frequency response, which means that a particularly strong dynamic contrast can be offered.

2. the DOC diamond diaphragm unit can raise the vibration frequency to a higher level, allowing the TinHiFi T5 to cover a very wide bandwidth range. This has a positive influence on the sound experience and opens up new possibilities.

3. the high frequency linearity allows the mid frequencies to be fully in line with bass and treble, resulting in high transparency in texture and sound balance, while minimising phase shift.
