Since its journey into the world of Hi-Fi audio, Thieaudio has come a long way and has grown with each new project. With each new launch, they have learned how to develop better sounding audio solutions and how to develop and use new types of drivers. This knowledge has been summarized in the HYPE series.

THIEAUDIO introduces the HYPE series, a new generation of IEMs combining technical excellence and sound quality. The IMPACT2 subwoofer solution revolutionizes personalized sound with its isobaric design and improved bass performance and texture.

The Thieaudio Hype 2 is equipped with the latest generation of Sonion drivers, providing superior output, clarity and extended treble performance.

The introduction of IMPACT²
The IMPACT² ("Impact Squared") is the latest technological innovation from THIEAUDIO that will change the personalized audio industry. IMPACT² is a new subwoofer solution consisting of two isobaric 10 mm composite cone drivers. The addition of another 10mm subwoofer significantly improves the power and texture of the bass, while the proprietary sobaric chamber design keeps the frequency and pressure constant. This means you can enjoy better bass quality without compromising the sound.

Latest generation Sonion drivers
The Hype 2 uses two of the latest versions of Sonion drivers. The 2356 and E25ST have proven themselves well and are used by many of the biggest brands in the IEM industry. The latest generation of these drivers, the P2356HF/4 and the E25ST001/D, were selected for the Hype 2 after extensive testing with various drivers. The updated P2356HF/4 has significantly improved output performance with lower distortion, enabling higher resolution and clarity compared to similar BA drivers in its class. Similarly, the E25ST001/D super tweeter provides excellent sound while effectively extending the treble in an audible range up to 18 kHz. This super tweeter has excellent high frequency performance like the popular electrostatic (EST) drivers, but with a smoother and more coherent sound.

Balanced tuning
In the tradition of THIEAUDIO's commitment to tonal balance, the Hype 2 features the classic and popular studio monitor-like tuning. The bass is powerful and thunderous thanks to IMPACT², but is well controlled by a tight 200Hz bass coverage. This means that the mids are flat and neutral, exactly matching the sound of studio monitors used by professional sound engineers. The highs are respectfully tamed across the range, without rising but also without falling off, to ensure a balance between detail reproduction and comfortable listening. THIEAUDIO fans already familiar with the high-end THIEAUDIO series will be familiar with the soundstage, while new listeners will experience the true definition of an in-ear monitor.
